Position Details

We are looking for a polished, resourceful, and highly organized Client Services Concierge who is energized by variety, enjoys working behind the scenes, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every client.

This is not a typical administrative role or traditional desk job. One day, you may be coordinating a last-minute dinner reservation or arranging private aviation and travel. Next, you may be overseeing home delivery, managing family logistics, completing personal errands, or finding a solution to a request that requires creativity and persistence.

You will become a trusted extension of our clients’ households and an important part of the Austin Concierge Company team.

What You Will Do

Every client and every day is different. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing personal errands, including grocery pickups, returns, dry cleaning, deliveries, and specialty purchases

  • Securing restaurant reservations, event tickets, appointments, and unique local experiences

  • Coordinating travel logistics, including private aviation, commercial flights, hotels, car services, transportation, and itineraries

  • Managing household and family administration, including registrations, forms, renewals, insurance paperwork, and scheduling

  • Coordinating childcare, tutors, family appointments, summer camps, and school-related needs

  • Scheduling and communicating with home service providers, contractors, repair teams, and vendors

  • Overseeing deliveries, installations, maintenance appointments, and household projects

  • Researching options and solving unexpected requests with speed, discretion, and good judgment

  • Anticipating client needs and identifying details that require attention

  • Keeping clients informed while ensuring every request is handled from start to finish

You will represent Austin Concierge Company and our clients with professionalism, discretion, warmth, and exceptional follow-through.
